  The reading this week introduced us to the world of social networks. Some of the concepts were about graphs, nodes, edges, several different datasets. The book Why We Do What We Do takes the readers into the world of motivation. The most important question is, according to Dr. Deci and Flaste, “How can people create the conditions in which others will motivate themselves?” We are so used to be on either ends of the approaches of intended motivations, such as rewards, deadlines, threats, evaluations, and competitions.
